Rooted in Grace was born out of that very struggle. In her first week of naturopathic medical school, far from family and battling anxious thoughts, the author began writing prayer letters to God in her journal, pairing them with scripture.
Those personal prayers became her lifeline and now they are gathered here to encourage students walking in similar path.
